Calling the Courageous and Clever!

For years, the kingdom of Helm has suffered under relentless attacks from the evil monsters lurking in the underground halls of the Blade Mountains. These creatures have repeatedly raided the kingdom, causing countless lives to be lost to their swords and axes. Although the citizens of Helm stormed the dungeon to defend their kingdom, the fearsome foes proved too formidable, adding even more victims to the massacre known as Helm’s Slain. But now, the time for retribution has come. A few brave and clever souls must rise to the challenge, striking back together in the name of justice—and in memory of Helm's Slain.

Each player is a fantasy character. You can choose one of the characters provided in the game or generate your own character. Your character will join together with others playing the game to explore the dungeon and avenge Helm’s Slain.

Careful! Monsters lurk everywhere! Your team must band together to kill monsters, become more powerful, gain gold, and buy better equipment. One player is the Game Master who performs all the die rolls for the monsters. All the other players are characters that combat the monsters.

 

 

 

The game is a legacy style game. Play the game for a few hours, stop playing and then continue to play the same game on a different day with the results of the previously played game still in effect. When continuing a game, different players may be present and new ones added to the game, and even the Game Master could be swapped out and take a turn at being a player.

The fate of the remaining survivors in Helm is up to you and your team of retaliators. Can you clear all the levels of the dungeon and restore peace to the kingdom of Helm? Or will the monsters continue their reign of terror? You must work together to achieve the final victory.
